Simplicity Wins!
That’s what guides me when approaching a new challenge. I try to simplify complex issues with customers’ requests and deliver them in the most simple and affordable way to assure their success.
I grew up in Israel, though a small country, is one of the world leaders in technology. Israel is also well-known for its people's creativity and its leadership in innovation.
From the time of my childhood, I was inspired by my industrious and successful uncle whom I wanted to emulate. He was working hard for his business, traveling and meeting many people in his line of work. Along with that, he was a happy and content person.
While attending high school, I joined the Industrial Management Extra Curriculum Program for three years having been recommended by my teacher to continue studies in practical engineering due to my high educational standing and good grades.
During my studies, I learned a lot about organizational structure and management and business processes that provided me with the framework by which to shape my career goals.
After completing my studies, I joined the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) having served as
an instructor for business management and math in the Ordnance Corp Academy.
During these three years of service, I developed many relationships with hundreds of officers who were my students. I found it attractive that I, as a very young soldier, was responsible to instruct very high level officers. They gave me many souvenirs and thank you letters; appreciated my contribution to their success and the extra effort I put in to help them achieve that end. In addition, I cherish the Letter of Appreciation I received on my hard work and contribution to my students’ success. During my service, I took a course of instruction that has benefited me until now and has given me tools to help me make professional presentations and training sessions. I also took management and work organization courses that have contributed to my organizational work skills.
Due to my students’ good grades and their success in the courses I instructed, I easily found my way to join several colleges taking the role of instructor in the field of accounting, supply chain management and economics in practical engineering courses. I was doing that for over three years during my full time studies for a Bachelor Degree.
I was studying Industrial & Management Engineering specializing in Information
Systems. In my studies at Shenkar, School of Engineering & Design, I focused on all aspects of the organization, from the Marketing Services and Advertizing to Accounting and Operations. Most of the courses I took in the last year of my studies were related to information systems that helped me realize my goals in this field.
The "big" world always inspired me. Upon attaining my Bachelor Degree, I decided to move to England to enrich my English as my desire was and still is to one day form a
multinational company of my own. Therefore, for one year, I took a Business English course at the London City Institute in London.
A year later, in 2005, I returned to Israel. I started to work for SAP as a Support Consultant for SAP Business One. Due to my previous background in teaching and my expertise with SAP B1, I was assigned to instruct clients and consultants, providing SAP consultation on various modules in the system. This job taught me a lot about how to be patient and how to be a good listener. I became an expert in SAP B1 software solving dozens of customer issues everyday throughout the globe. One of the benefits of working in SAP was to deal and learn work methods in a big global organization.
During my time there, I joined a SAP volunteering group that helped various organizations in the community. This work helped me to understand different problems in society and strengthened my social consciousness, human decency and care for other people's problems.
Since I wanted to be more involved in projects and be closer to customers, I moved to
Xioma Information Solutions after two years in 2007. I was a Project Manager and a team leader, responsible for the delivery of implementation projects of SAP Business One. It was fascinating to explore so many types of companies and different ways to do business. I had a good relationship with all of my customers and also these days I still get thank you letters and updates about projects I worked on providing consultation about their future implementation.
After two years at Xioma, I decided to take another step towards my goal having become self employed. During this time, I still worked with Xioma as a sub-contractor in order to help them with a big project continuing to develop relationships with new customers that were referred to me through shared colleagues. Starting to build my business, I got an offer from Seacret Spa, a global wholesaler for skin care products. They had some difficulties on their SAP implementation project and needed someone to help them implement the system from their headquarters in Phoenix, AZ and roll out the program worldwide. I saw it as a great opportunity to be responsible for a roll out project and explore new localizations in other countries and come closer to my dream of owning a global business.
At Seacret Spa, I was and still in charge of overall project deployment of SAP B1. In the
beginning, I helped stabilize the system and implemented new modules. Then I created a wide variety of reports, alerts and business rules that help make business decisions and streamline business processes. Later on, I rolled out these methodologies in Colombia, India and Israel and created system infrastructure for future roll outs in Europe and Australia.
After a year and half at the company, I was delighted to meet Shawn Tibbitts, the President and co-owner of Tegrous Consulting. He wanted Tegrous to become a SAP Partner for SAP B1 and business objects and needed my help to lead the B1 practice and establish this business unit in the company.
After only 6 months of operation, we ramped up Tegrous to be a Silver SAP B1 partner, grow the business and open a new office in Denver, Colorado! We deliver not only great software implementation, but also help streamline business processes using our wide
I enjoyed leading the B1 practice at Tegrous, but felt the urge to open my own business. I have formed Pioneer B1 in February 2012 in order to help companies with their SAP B1 implementation and provide them with the best project delivery while saving them considerable time and capital.
Assisting companies to expand is what drives me at work. Finding a great solution is sometimes a work of art. I like to think out of the box and enjoy sharing that with others.
My inspiration in life is to build my own business and develop a strong relationship with customers and colleagues locally and around the world.
